Our Team
As a Houston native with more than a decade of experience in commercial insurance and financial services, Raza Chawdhary brings a strategic, relationship-driven approach to helping clients protect their businesses and personal assets. His career began in New York City, where he spent 11 years in private banking and commercial finance, advising high-net-worth individuals and complex organizations on financial risk, asset protection, and long-term planning.
Today, he leverages that foundation in risk analysis and financial strategy to specialize in commercial insurance and comprehensive risk management. He works closely with clients across industries—including oil& gas, healthcare, logistics, real estate, multifamily, and hospitality—to design customized insurance programs that evolve alongside their growing needs.
In addition to his commercial expertise, Raza also provides personal insurance solutions and financial planning for individuals and families seeking tailored protection for their homes, automobiles, valuables, and long-term financial security. His offerings include high-value homeowners’ coverage, luxury auto policies, personal umbrella protection, and life insurance solutions designed to safeguard families, support generational planning, and ensure financial security for the future.

Wasay Khan is a seasoned entrepreneur, investor, and board leader with broad experience across corporate housing, hospitality, real estate, and operating-company leadership. As Chairman, he provides strategic oversight, governance leadership, and long-term vision, with a strong emphasis on disciplined execution, risk management, and sustainable value creation. Mr. Khan has founded, co-founded, and led multiple privately held businesses, guiding organizations through formation, growth, and operational scale. His career reflects deep involvement in enterprise strategy, institutional partnerships, and complex commercial structuring across service-intensive and regulated environments. He is known for aligning management execution with shareholder interests while maintaining strong governance standards.
He currently serves as President of Cotel Housing, where he oversees strategic planning, enterprise sales initiatives, and multi-market expansion, including national partnerships, long-term contract structuring, and operational platform development.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Khan built a strong technical and enterprise foundation at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he worked in technology consulting, advising on systems, processes, and technology-enabled business solutions for large organizations. He later joined GAP Inc., where his role focused on nationwide technology support for retail operations, supporting systems and infrastructure across a broad network of stores. These experiences provided him with deep exposure to enterprise-scale systems, operational resilience, and technology-driven execution. Mr. Khan has led and participated in U.S. and international projects, working with institutional clients, advisors, and operating partners across multiple jurisdictions.
Numair Khan is the Co-Founding Partner of RSK and a tax advisory professional with over 15 years of experience advising public and private companies on complex tax, structuring, and transaction matters. He brings deep technical expertise in partnership taxation, corporate taxation, and accounting for income taxes, developed through his tenure at Deloitte and othernational accounting firms.
Numair’s practice is focused on serving private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and operating businesses across the energy value chain, as well as real estate and hospitality organizations. His experience spans upstream exploration and production, midstream infrastructure, energy-related services, real estate investment and development structures, and hospitality operating platforms. He regularly advises clients on the design and execution of multi-entity operating and investment structures, helping them navigate complexity while improving long-term tax efficiency
He has deep experience in Subchapter K partnership taxation, including capital account maintenance, Section 704(c) allocations, basis and liability allocations, and Sections 743(b) and 734(b) adjustments. Numair frequently supports transaction and restructuring modeling efforts, helping clients evaluate deal structures, understand the flow of tax attributes, and assess the impact of transactions on investor economics.
Numair also advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, supporting both buy-side and sell-side transactions through tax structuring, modeling, and due diligence. In addition, he works closely with finance and tax teams on ASC 740 income tax accounting and ongoing tax reporting matters, ensuring tax conclusions are technically sound and consistently reflected across tax
compliance, financial reporting, and transaction documentation.
